How often should a healthy 4-year-old dog get routine blood work?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 4 years and 3 months old

He had no problem and disease he last had his CBC, SGPT , BUN, Creatinine blood work in 2018 when he was 2 and half years old now he is above 4 years and is active eating well and playing well but I have concern should I go for his blood work of these all 4 tests mentioned above just to keep and eye that everything is normal or I should just ignore ire it and be positive? What do u suggest ? For mean while I am giving him CANITONE LS liver support as normal to remove unwanted toxins

If he is generally well then bloodwork every couple of years to record a normal level for him and to identify any changes is sufficient. From age 6-7years on then yearly testing can be helpful for early intervention
