Why is my cat lethargic, not eating, vomiting, and drinking a lot?

Hi. My 7 year old indoor un neutered male cat named Simon. Past 5 days he is not himself. Vomited 5 days ago.. little liquid maybe a green color..He seems to be slow., not playful self. Seems lower body or maybe legs sore.. little weak..just the way Im see him move getting up..ok to jump out of bed walk , won't eat. Just very little tuna and the broth only he'll eat. He seems to drink water .. alot more than usual...peeing okay.but no stools ( not eating) only once in last five days..small sto. Pet's info: Cat | Bengal | Male | unneutered | 7 years and 1 month old | 15 lbs

Hi there! Simon needs to be seen by the vet. Decreased energy and decreased appetite tells us that he's not feeling well. Drinking a lot more than usual makes me concerned about an internal problem such as diabetes or kidney disease. I recommend scheduling an appointment as soon as possible. Your vet will likely want to check a urine sample and run some bloodwork to determine what's going on, in order to determine the best course of treatment.
