My dog is having severe mucous-y diarrhea (we spoke to her vet and she was given endosorb to treat). She was given 2.9ml pyrantel pamoate on March 4 to treat her roundworms. Is it possible her diarrhea now is being caused by the dewormer, or the parasites leaving her system?

It's not likely the dewormer is causing the diarrhea this long. I recommend to have Ellie examined again for things like continued parasites, giardia or bacterial over growth. A bland diet can help as well. I hope this helps.
