Is my dog's diarrhea from dewormer or parasites leaving her system?

My dog is having severe mucous-y diarrhea (we spoke to her vet and she was given endosorb to treat). She was given 2.9ml pyrantel pamoate on March 4 to treat her roundworms. Is it possible her diarrhea now is being caused by the dewormer, or the parasites leaving her system? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 3 months old | 30 lbs

It's not likely the dewormer is causing the diarrhea this long. I recommend to have Ellie examined again for things like continued parasites, giardia or bacterial over growth. A bland diet can help as well. I hope this helps.
