Why is my dog throwing up after training? Treats or sensitive stomach?

We took our dog for training at PetSmart and she liked the floor a little bit and was given liver treats, will she has a sensitive stomach could the treats or could she picked up something? Could any of these cause her to get sick a lot like 7 times, stomach bowel acid. Also is there anything we could do at home to help her not be sick anymore?

If she has a sensitive stomach too many treats can definitely cause GI upset. I would pick up all food and snacks and offer a bland meal of some boiled chicken and rice to see if it helps settle her stomach and also use an alternative treat at training (and let your trainer know so they don't give her the wrong one.) If she is continuing to vomit, can't keep anything at all down, or has been ill for more than a day, then a trip to your vet ASAP is best.
