My dog is repeatedly vomiting and now also sneezing. What's wrong?

My dog Nala is non stop getting sick, it's her stomach bowel but she has gotten sick 7 times and she is now sneezing a lot, what could be going on with her?

This sounds like Nala is very ill. I would be worried there is an obstruction causing her to vomit or aspirate (leading to the sneezing) or an underlying illness causing GI upset. Since she has vomited so much in such a short period of time, it would be best to seek veterinary care in person right away.
