My dog threw up a nail and wood. Does she need to see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 3 years and 11 months old | 23.5 lbs

the past two days panda has been throwing up repeatedly. i’ve noticed it’s at 4:55am and today she threw up a nail and piece of wood. she vomits and then goes back to her regular energy self running around and then throws up again. should i take her in the vet for any splinters inside her body? i haven’t seen any blood so far

Yes, absolutely get her in to your vet right away. Just because you're not seeing blood doesn't mean there isn't more debris in her belly. Since she has vomited debris, there's a good chance there is more in there that may still cause problems as it moves through. Your vet will do an exam, probably x-rays, and based n these results, will be better able to tell you how she's doing and how best to treat her.
