Dog has stomach swelling/lump. What is it and can I treat it at home?

Juno has some swelling near his stomach which i tjink is some type of tumour but can u give qdvice on what it is?And what medicines should i give him in india to cure it?Is he safe?He does not goes to vet and is very naughty so please tell me some medicine feom which it can be cured at home only! It is only at one side nad not the other side . Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 7 years and 6 months old | 50 lbs

Unfortunately, there is not a medication to cure any type of skin tumor or cancer. The only cause of a swelling on the skin that can be cured by medication is an infection. Most skin lumps and bumps are not infectious in nature. Pets can get many types of lumps and bumps. Most of these tumors will be benign but some will be malignant and you can't tell by looks. The doctor may recommend to aspirate the mass to examine the cells under a microscope. That is one of the best ways to know what it is and if further action is needed.
