My dog is restless, lying down, then getting up. Is she in pain?

My dog has been walking around quickly and then laying on her stomach and putting her head down, only to get up and do it again. I’m confused on what this could mean. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | spayed | 160 lbs

Although I can't know for sure, it's possible Luna is experiencing abdominal pain. Just like humans, there could be many reasons ranging from mild (gas) to serious (bloat). Try taking Luna for a 20 minute, slow controlled walk. Try feeding her a small meal. If the behavior continues beyond 30 minutes or if it seems like it is getting worse, have her examined by the veterinarian right away as it could indicate something serious like bloat.
