Hello, and thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Jackie really needs to be seen by a veterinarian to determine the source of his hair loss, and why he's struggling to walk. Hair loss could be from infection, parasites, metabolic changes, allergies, etc. Struggling to get up and walk could be due to a primary orthopedic concern such as an acute injury or chronic issue like arthritis, or it could be a symptom of extreme lethargy with an internal problem. Only by being assessed by a vet will you be able to get Jackie the help he needs.
