My dog's eye droops after entropion surgery. Is it normal or fixable?

Teddi had entropion corrective surgery yesterday which left his eye drooping, I know its early but did they remove too much skin and can this be fixed? I am very upset just looking at him, First photo is before and then after...

If Teddi's surgery was just yesterday, he will still have some swelling in the eyelid from the surgery, which will make the eyelid look droopier (swelling will push the lower eyelid away from the eye). It should improve as the swelling goes down. Keep giving him the medication prescribed by your vet, and schedule a recheck for a week out from surgery to make sure he's healing appropriately. My suspicion is this will look significantly better in a week! Hope this helps!
