Dog ate fish bones, now has diarrhea & vomiting. What should I do?

My dog had stolen fish off of the table when no one was home and ate the whole thing and half of the bones on the fish. He then had consistent diarrhea and kept throwing up throughout the night. Is it food poisoning? And what can i do to help him feel better. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | neutered | 12 lbs

Pancreatitis results in severe vomiting and diarrhea which will lead to dehydration. I also worry about the bones blocking or puncturing his intestines.
