Is my 2-year-old cat's activity level normal after a sprain?

Hi, what is a normal activity level for a bear 2yo cat? (Compared to say a kitten or older cat). My Echo is on week 3 of healing from a sprain and has no limp anymore. But her activity level is lower than usual I think. Still plays a bit but hasn’t had the zoomies in 2 days. In general she is more difficult to entertain as she gets older. I live in “spacious” studio apartment and have various toys boxes etc. but she grows bored of same toy or game after a while. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 1 year and 10 months old | 9.5 lbs

It's normal that the activity level of a cat slows down as they age. It may also be that Echo is still healing from the sprain, thus having a lower than usual activity level. I would not be too worried about this, especially since she isn't limping.
