Newborn runt puppy not eating, getting cold. How can I help?

My pitbull just had pups last night. The runt is really small and won't latch onto mom's nipple unless I help him I think her tit is too big for him. I'm afraid he might die because he isn't eating enough, he gets cold sometimes and he wanders off from his brothers and sisters. What can I do to help him? Provide additional heat support as needed. Be careful to not cause burns though. You can pick up some Esbilac or Pet-Lac at the local Petco and supplement the runt. Keep track of his weight to confirms adequate gains.
