my 9weeks german shepherd under feet i a bit hotter. isit normal? and he always get hiccups

You cannot really assess a dog's temperature accurately unless you take the temperature rectally. Hiccups in puppies can be normal. I would not be overly worried about it unless he is vomiting, not wanting to eat or showing other signs of illness. If he tends to eat and/or drink fast that can cause hiccups so you can prevent that by using specials bowls to slow him down. https://www.today.com/style/are-puppy-hiccups-normal-2D80172676
