Why is my Chow Chow losing hair and getting sunburn after puppies?

My female chow chow (BhamBham) labored and had 3puppies just just last week... Right now she is suffering from hair loss and sun burn... What is the best care and alternative med for my chow chow who is suffering from sun burn and blowed hair (that seems to make her bald at her back and feet already) pls do help. Thanks much. Blowing her coat is normal due to hormonal fluctuations. If she has hair loss with reddened skin then she may have fleas or a skin infection.
