My bird has yellow poop and is lethargic. Is this an emergency?

Hello so my birds dropping are in mustard yellow colour and normally they arent like that. All I ded him today was peas and chana. All the whole morning he has been acting but now in the afternoon his energy seems pretty low. Please tell me what I should do Iam really worried :(. Pet's info: Bird | Parrot | Male | 3 months and 22 days old

Thanks for reaching out about Salt. If lethargic, a veterinary visit is necessary, and the sooner the better. Providing heat support in the 809-85 F can help but is not a treatment. Yellow feces could be pigments from the food but also intestinal problems such as parasites, infections, increase bile (liver problem) and more. Good luck.
