My 15yr.old female dog found some nasty water outside and drank some it had a decomposing dead bird floating in it. I'm very worried. She has been on antibiotics for a week for vaginitis. What can happen when a dog drinks that kind of water? What should I do

They can get gastrointestinal side effects like vomiting and diarrhoea, usually due to a possible infection. At this stage, considering she is already on antibiotics for the vaginitis, I would recommend to monitor her for any vomiting, diarrhoea, lethargy and inappetence. If that is the case a check up will be needed.
