My cat is vomiting, not eating, and lethargic. Is she very sick?

My cat started vomiting for the last 3 days, she is not eating only drinking water and is using the litter box. She walks really slow but she is still able to jump to the couch/bed. And is choosing weird places to sleep

It's actually extremely serious when a cat won't eat, as if they go long enough without eating, they will develop a fatty liver which is fatal without treatment. Your cat sounds very sick, you cannot treat this at home. You need to take her into a vet now.
