Is my new guinea pig's skin condition contagious to my other pets?

I got a guinea pig today and it seems to have a skin condition as well as something sticking out of its nose, is it safe to keep or do i give him back before it spreads to my other guinea pigs. Thank you, Pet's info: Small Animal | Guinea Pig | Male | unneutered

He probably has mange. If so, it is contagious to others and potentially to you. I think you are better off giving him back.
