My street cat is very sick, not eating. Is there hope for recovery?

In Bangladesh. Vets are available but not means of exams, & we don't have the money for it, anyway. It's just a street cat, but has become a favorite. Vomited for 2 days ev. 2 hrs., took to Animal Hosp. & got anti-emetic, antibiotic injections, IV fluid for sub q admin. Has only eaten small bits of meat on 3/3 since 2/23. Given 200cc sub q in divided doses qd. Diarrhea, losing wt. Given rice saline w/ syringe, 3-5 ml cpl x/day. Best to put him out of his misery, or hope of recovery? Thank you. A. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I am sorry to hear Copper isn't feeling well. There are a lot of things there could be going on with Copper, but without full testing it is hard to know which problem it is. I would say if your treatment hasn't helped in 24-48 hours after starting, or things are getting worse, there is a concern it won't help. If you are unable to help him more and hes getting worse, I would consider euthanasia so he doesn't suffer. Good luck to you and Copper!
