My dog has a skin rash near his mouth and leg. How to prevent it?

What exactly is this ? And how can i prevent him from skin infection ? First picture that just below his lips or mouth opening on the outer skin Second picture that on his leg joint . What can i do to prevent all this ? Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 10 months old
