Hello was worried about my puggle he got nutered buy spca of adams county in pa on 26, but the cone is making his neck very sore. But was told to keep it on for 2 weeks, put he scratches his neck and licks his stitches without the cone on, but leaving it on hurts him. Dont know what to do. No one open on monday in my area. Pet's info: Dog | Puggle | Male | neutered | 10 lbs
