My dog is weak, lethargic, not eating, drooling. What could it be?

my dog has lost weight very quickly. she refuses to walk, shes lethargic. she seems weak, can’t keep her balance & she’s been drooling. she hasn’t ate any food yesterday or today but she is thirsty. i just found wet poop around her butthole. Pet's info: Dog | Papillon | Female | unspayed | 4 lbs

Molly sounds very sick. I see she isn't spayed, and her symptoms could be caused by a pyometra. A pyometra is an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment. She needs to see a vet now.
