Hello, My dog's Fold of Flank on her right leg is badly swollen. You can see it while looking at her from the right side, but when you look on the inner side of her right FOF you can see that it is heavily swollen. What can be the case and what can I do to reduce the swelling?

It looks like a skin infection. It does not seem very serious. You can try using this spray 3-4 times per day. If after a few days it does not seem to be helping then have her to your vet for an exam. https://www.allivet.com/p-2860-vetericyn-plus-antimicrobial-hydrogel-spray.aspx
