Why is my 12-year-old Labrador heaving and lethargic all day?

My 12 year old labrador retriever isn't herself. Shes been heaving constantly all day and really lethargic. She has eaten some food. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed

I would recommend having her examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I would start by having her blood tested and have abdominal x-rays taken as well. I hope this helps!
