My dog won't eat. What should I do for a dog with no appetite?

Hi experts.. My ghontu stops eating every now and then and so my vet told to have a liver function test done. I am attaching the report. Could you please check and suggest what I can do? Is there something serious? Please suggest since veterinary doctors in India are bot that much good.

Results from this report do not indicate anything concerning. The liver function looks great, kidney function looks great and overall complete blood count looks good. If Ghontu is still having episodes of inappetance, I would recommend having abdominal x-rays taken and if the x-rays do not indicate anything serious but he still is having these episodes, I would have an abdominal ultrasound done. I hope this helps!
