Lina has a bacterial and yeast infection in her ear and was just prescribed mal-a-let plus yesterday. She has chronic allergies and has been prescribed synotic drops when she’s having a flare. Can these be used together?

Typically you would flush and clean the ear with the Mal a ket solution and then about 10 minutes after, instill the synotic solution. Once the infection has cleared, you can then use the Mal a ket flush to keep the ears clean on a regular basis.
