My spayed dog drinks and pees a lot. Is this a health issue?

Hello just would like to know my bitch was sterilized a year ago maby two,know she start drink a lot and sometimes weeing than she lays down.I heard that after sterilized dog's some dog's start weeing but woring that she start drink a lot too. Pet's info: Dog | Bullmastiff | Female | spayed | 7 years and 4 months old | 55 lbs

If she is drinking a lot of water and urinating more she should be examined by your vet. There are many possible diseases that can cause this behavior shift - diabetes, Cushing's disease and kidney or liver disease, just to name a few. It is best to get her evaluated by your vet and have some blood/urine testing done.
