My dog has diarrhea, vomiting, gurgling stomach, and won't drink. Why?

My dog has had diarrhea for not even a full 24 hours and constantly needs to go but little to nothing comes out. Her stomach is now making gurgling noises. She has also vomited twice. She won’t drink any water now. What’s wrong with her? Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 30 lbs

Vomiting and diarrhea can be caused by so many different things so it is difficult to say for sure what the cause could be. I would recommend taking Sadie in to be seen by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I hope this helps!
