My diabetic dog can't walk after insulin. Vet closed, what to do?

My dog had her insulin (she has diabetes) and she can’t walk we gave her honey but she’s still out of it. the vet is closed and we’re wondering what else we can do until we get her to the vet. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Female | spayed | 131 lbs

Hello. You can also try Karo syrup or pancake syrup if you feel her blood sugar is too low. If she is unable to swallow it, use a Qtip to rub it on her tongue and gums. Try to get some medical help ASAP. Thank you
