My dog has tapeworms. Is it safe to deworm all my dogs at once?

One of my dogs has taeworms but not sure which so im wondering would it be safe to worm them all or should i wait until i know which one it is and just worm that one ? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 8 months old | 13 lbs
