My baby turtle has a respiratory infection. How can I help it recover?

My baby turtle has ri and he has went to the vet . He has to get five more injections and he has already had two , one is a vitamin a shot one is antibiotic. The vet said my baby turtle has 50 percent chance of surviving.what else can I do besides taking it to the vet to make my baby turtle recover ? And he has eaten a lot today after the shot he got yesterday and he has been more active but still often sleeping .i gave him some medicine for eyes and a calcium soak (all from vet) . Pet's info: Reptile | Aquatic Turtle | Male
