My dog refuses Denamarin. How to give it an hour before eating?

How do I give my pug Denamarin an hour before she eats if I feed her at regimented times? And she doesn’t like the taste of it so I don’t know how to give it to her anyway. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | spayed

It does need to be given a hour before a meal but it is ok to give it in a small piece of food (hot dog, cheese, etc); it just should not be given with a full meal.
