Why does my puppy throw up after drinking water or playing outside?

Hi my 4 month old cocker spaniel gets sick after drinking water and after coming in from outside. It usually happens only in the evening. Pet's info: Dog | Cocker Spaniel | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 19 days old

It could be Bailey is drinking water too quickly causing him to vomit. It could also be that he's running around like crazy outside making him sick. But this can also be a sign he isn't well. I'd have him seen by a vet for this.
