Small like round red spot mole type but red looks like blister but not. No pain no licking or scratching. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 3 days old | 15 lbs

It's hard to say what it could be from a picture. I would recommend having Ted examined by a vet to see what could be going on. It could be a bruise, infection, a mass, an insect bite, etc. The vet will do a thorough examination of all of Ted's skin.
