My puppy has kennel cough. Could my sneezing dog have it too?

Good morning; our family recently added a Shiba Inu puppy to our family, Punk. He is being treated with 2 antibiotics for kennel cough and pneumonia. We have done our best to keep him quarantined. Now our Princess, 5yr old Shiba Inu, started sneezing. This was the 1st sign of kennel cough for our Punk. Could Princess have kennel cough. Pet's info: Dog | Shiba Inu | Female | unspayed | 15 lbs
