My cat has a bloated stomach, fever, and won't eat. What should I do?

Hello my cat has fallen ill and I don't know what is wrong with her. Her stomach is extremely bloated, she has a fever and she has not eaten all day she is also in a lot of pain, she does not want us to touch her when she usually like the attention. What must I do?

These are very concerning symptoms, and could fit several serious issues, such as GI obstruction, internal bleeding, infection, cancer, etc. I would recommend having Lily examined by a vet. After physical examination, the vet may recommend diagnostics such as blood work or x-rays to determine the best possible treatment.
