Why does my puppy have red dots on belly after Drontal dewormer?

My pet is a female Labrador of 49 days age. She weighs 6 kilograms. Today in the morning I gave her 6 ml of Drontal Puppy dewormer. But since then she has been having red dots on her belly. Why is this happening? She is behaving very normal though.

Drontal is a really safe medication, and allergic reactions aren't very common. If the red spots spread, if she develops hives, coughing, or difficulty breathing, she should see a vet immediately. Otherwise, I would just continue to monitor the spots. If they don't resolve by Monday, she should get checked out by a vet.
