My cat is always in one spot. Is she sick or hunting a mouse?

My cat has been sitting on one spot the whole day. She has moved but always went back to the same spot. There might be a mouse she’s trying to track but could there be anything else? Should I do anything? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 11 years and 1 month old

Watch her for any symptoms of illness like not eating well, not drinking well, vomiting, diarrhea, respiratory signs of changes in her urination or bowel movements.
