My cow has milk fever, can't stand, and is bloated. Will she recover?

Pet's info: Farm Animal | Cow | Female | 4 years old | 661 lbs

our cow has milk fever.a veterinarian check it and give calcium supplement.it was unable to stand.so it stand using a cow lifter.it eat some food but not urinated or excrete.its belly was bloated and tired.it can be recover to normal life by treatment or here it ends...its terrifying matter..please say this condition was cure or not

I'm sorry to hear Ammu isn't doing well. I would continue to follow the treatment your vet recommended, and if she doesn't urinate or defecate, or seems in severe distress/ill, have the vet back out again to take another look and see if additional treatment is needed.
