Why is my puppy destructive when left alone after spay surgery?

My pitbull puppy had a spaying surgery and after she recovered she started misbehaving all the time. She pees inside of the house when I am not there (when im there she doesn’t), rips all the pillows and chews on things all the time and it happens every time when I am not home. I am not sure if its a coincidence with her age or is it because of spaying surgery? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 8 months and 9 days old | 20 lbs
