My dog vomited once but acts normal. When should I be concerned?

Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 4 years old | 23 lbs

Lou got up this morning and went outside and pooped then came back in and ran back to the bed then when he realized I wasn’t going back to bed ran to the living room and rubbed his face all over the rug as he does every morning then went back to the bed room but came back in the hall and threw up he seems to be acting normal other than the throw up

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Lou. If he just vomits the one time and continues to act normal, then it should be ok to monitor him. If he continues to vomit, develops diarrhea or starts acting sick, then should see his veterinarian today. I hope this information helps!
