My parrots are fluffing feathers & sleeping. How do I save them?

Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | 2 years and 1 month old | 10 lbs

I have a little parrot im not sure which species i bought them a week ago three parrots i put them near a open window and they got cold accidently one of them fluffed its feathers the next day and began getting worst after two days it died the other two looked fine before but now they are fluffing their feathers and sleeping during the day can i save them i got two drops from the vet and used them in the water but not working help

Thanks for reaching out. Antibiotics in the water are never a proper treatment, as you have no control over dosage. Providing heat support in the 80-85 F range can give aid. You need to find a veterinarian with avian experience, try the Association of Avian Veterinarians (AAV.org) as they have a find-a-vet area. They probably did not die from getting cold, but probably didn't help. They need to be seen ASAP and given systemic antibiotics and dosed appropriately. If not eating, need to be syringe fed as young birds have no energy reserves. See a veterinarian ASAP. Good luck.
