Why is my puppy's skin turning black? Is it normal or a concern?

My puppies skin is for some reason turning black. She seems to be acting normal, but it still concerns me. Can you please help me find what’s wrong with my baby? Pet's info: Dog | Belgian Malinois | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 17 days old

Hello. This is a very mild melanosis, normal darkening of the skin as your puppy ages & is exposed to more sunlight. This is how the skin protects itself. This is nothing tobe concerned about. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
