My pregnant cat is howling and leaking clear fluid. Is she in labor?

My pregnant cat keeps howling and meowing. I don't know when she's due but she's had a clear water like liquid on her back legs a couple times. I don't know what to do. We live 2 hours away from any veterinary office.

It's hard to tell what could be going on without being able to examine her or knowing approximately when she is bred. If you aren't 100% sure she is pregnant, she could have a UTI or could have a pyometra. It is also possible she is in labor and is not sure what is going on. I would allow her to choose where to hang out and keep things calm. If the abnormal symptoms persist for a few more hours or additional symptoms develop and no kittens are delivered, she should probably be examined by a vet.
