Cloudy eyes should always constitute an emergency vet visit. Since you know there is possible trauma, there could be an abrasion or corneal ulcer, something stuck under an eyelid, a hole in the cornea, or severe inflammation. There are several eye tests the vet may recommend after examining the eye to determine the most appropriate treatment.

It sounds like Woody may have an eye infection or could have injured his eye. Any eye problem is considered an emergency because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. Please take him into a vet now to have his eye examined and treated. Best of luck.
