Cat diarrhea with white, segmented things. Could it be tapeworms?

My cat has had diarrhea for two weeks. I found something on a small spot of diarrhea I’d found on a blanket of mine that was about an inch long and white/clear. It has small sections but does not quite look like small worms I have seen in pictures online. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 5 lbs
