Parvo puppy not eating, stool mixed liquid/solid. Should I be worried?

My puppy is recovering from parvo virus but he is not eating anything properly and stool are kind of mix of liquid and solid and he is no more smelling like parvo should i needed to be concerned about this ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 7 lbs
