My dog won't stop vomiting; vet says kidney reduced. What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 8 years old | 28 lbs

Hii my dog vomits for 7-8 days ... we take him to the vet blood test report normal and they gave him injection for vomit control and drip... and advised us not to gave hum food n water but vomit not stopped.. yesterday ultrasound report shows his left kidney reduced ... what to do now ??

That sounds like a tough situation. Depending on the current physical exam, repeat or additional blood work and x-rays may be needed. If those tests come back normal again, then surgery may be needed to explore the intestines and take biopsies.
