Kittens and puppies can spend up to 20 hours per day sleeping. So this is quite typical. If the kittens are not wanting to eat much or drink much and seem to be experiencing poor weight gain then I would get concerned. Otherwise, if their energy level is normal when they are awake and food / water intake are normal, I would consider this quite normal.
